The Sri Lankan government is determined to not to allow terrorism to be revived in the country again.
At a passing out parade at the Maduru Oya Special Forces Training School, Sri Lanka's Defence Secretary Gotabhaya Rajapaksa said today that terrorism will never be allowed to raise its head again in the country.
He added that every precautionary measure has been taken by the security forces to prevent such a scenario.
At today's ceremony 11 officers and 443 soldiers passed out. It is reportedly the highest number to pass out in 25 years.
