Sri Lanka's Appeal Court has decided today to take up former Army Commander and Democratic National Alliance (DNA) leader Sarath Fonseka's petition on Wednesday (10).
The three-judge bench said the petition would be taken up on the 10th. The three judge bench was appointed after the previous two judge-bench was divided in their decision.
