Advocate and family members among six killed in accident

An advocate and four members of his family were among six killed on Sunday when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a divider at Varamathi in the district, police said.
The victims were on their way from Athur in Salem district to attend a marriage when the mishap occurred, they said. The advocate, who was driving the car, his wife, son and his mother-in law were among those killed. The injured have been hospitalised.
