He has added that these forces were conspiring and leveling various allegations against the country.
Speaking at an event in Embilipitiya, Rajapaksa has said that the US State Department had earlier prepared a charge sheet highlighting the Rajapaksa family.
He has observed that the Darusman Report had been released following the US State Department charge sheet and now the focus is on human rights, war crimes, and right to information.
According to Rajapaksa, a piece of legislation that was recently presented to parliament had been drafted by a certain NGO and that imperialist forces always found details from elements within the country.
