Mannar Bishop satisfied with Sri Lankan government policies

The Bishop of Mannar, Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Rayappu called on President Mahinda Rajapaksa at the Temple Trees today.



The Bishop expressed satisfaction at the policies of the government towards achieving national unity and was also appreciated the work done by the Lessons Learnt and Reconciliation Commission (LLRC). President Mahinda Rajapaksa said he looked forward for cooperation with the Sri Lankan Tamil people and the Catholic community towards country's development and peace.
