Sri Lanka's External Affairs Minister to meet foreign diplomats in Colombo tomorrow

Sri Lanka's External Affairs Minister Prof. G. L. Peiris is to meet foreign diplomats in Colombo tomorrow to brief them on issues related to the publishing of the report by the Panel of Experts appointed by UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.


Peiris is to meet the diplomats tomorrow morning and the media is expected to be briefed afterwards.

However, details of issues that would be raised by the External Affairs Minister at the meeting are yet unknown.

The government is yet to respond to the panel report that has slammed both the government and the LTTE of serious violations of international laws.
