AG yet to advise on Thamilani

LTTE women’s political leader Subramaniam Sivathai alias Thamilani has been remanded further until January 17.

She was produced before Colombo chief magistrate Rashmi Singappuli today (Dec. 23).
Making submissions, the CID informed the court that the attorney general was yet to advise on the course of action against her.
Thamilani was arrested in Vavuniya in May 2009.
