Sri Lankan President appoints another member to Cabinet

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa appointed another Cabinet minister soon after presenting the 2011 budget in parliament.
Deputy Speaker and Puttalam District parliamentarian Priyankara Jayaratne was sworn-in as the Civil Aviation Minister by President Rajapaksa in the parliament today.
Jayaratne's appointment to the Cabinet has increased the number of Cabinet ministers to 60.
