Sri Lanka to register all traders and repairers of mobile phones

Sri Lanka Telecommunication Regulatory Commission announces that all Sri Lankans engaged in the businesses of trade and repair of mobile phones are needed to be licensed in the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission.

The commission has published information on the licenses via media.
The Chairman of the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission Anusha Pelpita said the individuals that engage in these businesses without license would be apprehended. He said that police assistance would be sought by the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission in this regard.
