Sri Lanka government has planned a special exhibition for the public to mark the second term swearing-in ceremony of President Mahinda Rajapaksa.
The President who won the early election on January 26 this year is to take oaths for the second term on November 19.
The exhibition will be held at Independence Square from 17th to 20th of this month.
The special exhibition aims to showcase patriotism and modern technology, says Minister of Mass Media and Information Keheliya Rambukwella.
The main objective of conducting the special exhibition is to educate the public on national patriotism and modern technologies which will be the main focus in the country's future development programme, he said.
