CMC to hold second night time fiesta in Sri Lanka capital

The Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) is to hold the second weekend Night Bazaar in the Sri Lankan capital to provide entertainment to the public and revive the city by night.
The second night fiesta is to be held on September 3 and 4 at Green Path in Colombo 7.
The CMC has said the fiesta was organized with the aim of improving night activities and creating an environment for the public to engage in night-time shopping.
The move also aims to attract tourists to the city as Colombo is becoming the busiest town with influx of tourists and travelers after the war ended last year.
The Night Bazaar include all facilities and amusements for children including a play area, music, shops, video walk, parking spaces, police post, etc. Visitors can shop at over 40 shops while dining at food courts from Colombo's star hotels.
The CMC organized a similar night fiesta last month in Green Path, Colombo.
