Ceylon Teachers' Union urges to investigate leaking of exam questions

Ceylon Teachers' Union General Secretary Joseph Stalin urges the Minister of Education and the authorities to investigate the alleged leaking of questions of G.C.E. (Advanced Level) examination papers.
The Ceylon Teachers' Union says that the Examination Commissioner has also revealed that certain tuition teachers have discussed questions of the examination papers in their classes.

The Examination Commissioner Anura Edirisinghe told at a meeting held for the examination evaluators of the Political Science subject that certain tuition teachers had discussed the questions of the upcoming papers in their classes, reported Ceylon Teachers' Union.
The union says that the breach of confidentiality of the examination papers will cause loss of trust in the examinations and urged the authorities to act to remedy the situation.
