Tension prevails in Kiribathgoda as police arrest drug suspect

Tension prevailed in Kiribathgoda, a town near Sri Lanka capital when a relative of a suspect arrested by the police died of a heart attack, media reports from Colombo said.

The Kiribathgoda police have arrested several persons suspected of drug possession yesterday.
A relative of one of the suspects who had come to the police station to see the suspect had reportedly died of a hear attack, and the relative of the deceased have accused the police of assaulting him.
Later, the police had handed over the suspect to his parents.
