Sri Lanka Prime Minister hospitalized

Sri Lanka Prime Minister D.M. Jayaratna has been hospitalized, government sources say. However, the Premier is not seriously ill, the sources add.



The Prime Minister is to undergo a medical examination and the details of the condition of the Prime Minister were unavailable to media.

The 79-year-old Prime Minister was admitted to a private hospital in this regard, sources said.
