Another Air India pilot with fake papers exposed

The fake pilot scam is now getting bigger. CNN-IBN accessed notes from the US Aviation and the DGCA that expose another pilot who cheated and faked documents.
The papers reveal how a pilot whose licence was canceled in the US is a commander in Air India. Arjun Giare was caught by the US examiner in 2000 and the US Federal Aviation then canceled his license

Two pilots, Air India Captain JK Verma and Indigo's Parminder Kaur were arrested on charges of fake license and two more pilots are absconding. Over 50 pilots are under close scrutiny.
Now, in another shocker, a pilot whose US license was canceled in 2000 and whose Indian commercial pilot license is under a cloud continues to fly you around as an Air India commander.
Documents with CNN-IBN show how Pilot Arjun Giare was caught cheating when he appeared for his Instrument pilot rating at the fort Worth Aviation testing centre in the US in November 2000.
The detailed note of the invigilator tells the story.
The note says, "Arjun Giare showed me a flight calculator and a projector and nothing else. While monitoring the exam on closed circuit TV I saw Giare with the hand around the pocket. I then saw him using something. When I asked him on the intercom, he came to the door of the testing room, and showed me an instrument. When I told him he cannot use this instrument he said 'I don't know, I couldn't have it.'"
The US Federal Aviation Administration canceled his licenses and flying hours logged in the US for violating the FAA rules. His appeal was also turned down.
But that did not stop Giare from getting a commercial pilot license in India.
Here again, he played dirty. The DGCA issued a showcause notice to Arjun for forging his class 10th marksheet.
The letter dated July 6, 2001, by the DGCA says, "Shri Arjun Giare was issued with Indian CPL no 4003 (A) dated May 15, 2001. Subsequently, on verification of his educational certificates submitted by him, it was confirmed/reported by the Madhyamik Shiksha Board that his class 10th certificate was forged and no such roll no. 0982018 was assigned to the candidate in the year 1996."
Arjun Giare submitted another class 10th certificate from a school in Delhi, the Chinmaya Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School in Vasant Vihar. In that, his date of birth was mentioned as April 2, 1981. The earlier result showed his date of birth as April 2, 1980.
His colleagues allege that it was done to meet the minimum age limit for becoming a pilot.
During that inquiry he also surrendered his licence. But now he is back as an Air India commander.
CNN-IBN has learned that he is being re-investigated. The DGCA sources have also said that more Air India pilots are being investigated for fraud.
The bigger concern is the role of the DGCA insiders and some pilots who are said to be acting as touts to get fake licenses and mark sheets for anything between Rs 7 lakh to Rs 25 lakh. A few flying schools are also under the scanner for churning out fake pilots. For people who fly, the fear in the skies gets a little more jittery.

India has more LAW BREAKERS as LAW MAKERS in Parliament. This disease had spread in every section of Professional. I It would be a Panic if any Al-Queda members found in this net and the World Countries would BAN Indian Pilots to fly on their Territories. Illegal Raise and Appointments to unqualified must stop. Govt must take strict Actions and make strict Laws for this Fake Pilots, Doctors, Engineers, etc and not leave as Outdated as today's Politicians and Ministry. I suspect the degree of Lawyers Politicians and Spokespersons who are LOOTERS, CORRUPTS and bats for them and Cheat the Country.
