Sri Lanka's Court of Appeal today named a three-judge bench to hear former Army Commander and DNA Leader Sarath Fonseka's petition.
Appeal Court Chairman has appointed a three judge bench to hear the petition seeking for an order to permit Fonseka to participate in parliamentary sessions.
The petition is listed to be taken up tomorrow, local media reported.
The new three-judge bench was appointed after the earlier two judge bench hearing the petition gave a divided decision.
