Trisha takes inspiration from Asin, Nayan

Trisha is on cloud 9 these days. Reason? Well the hot actress has signed a movie opposite superstar Venkatesh.

The film, which is a remake of Malayalam superhit Bodyguard, has been in news for sometime now.

After starring the gorgeous Nayantara in the original and Asin in the Tamil versions ( Kaavalan), the makers of Bodyguard were in a fix when it came to finalizing a female lead for the Telugu remake.

However, Trisha fit the bill and the actress was also at the position of allocating for the shoot. We hear that the film will go on floor from April. Revealing about the latest professional development, Trisha wrote of her micro-blog, "Yes I have signed the remake of Bodyguard with one of my fav co-stars Venky. We will be starting shoot in April."

Not just this, we also hear that Trisha is planning to watch the Malayalam and Tamil versions of the film before the shoot starts. The girl might just want to take references from the way Nayantara and Asin have portrayed their roles.

Only time will tell if Trisha outdoes the two ladies.
