The year 2011 national immunization programme of Sri Lanka is to be launched tomorrow ceremoniously under the patronage of the Minister of Health Maithripala Sirisena and the Minister of Education Bandula Gunawardhana at Ananda Samarakoon Grounds in Nugegoda.
The programme is sponsored by World Health Organization (WHO) and the UNICEF. Representatives from these two world bodies will also take part at the ceremony tomorrow.
The Ministry of Health says the programme will be implemented island wide aiming to achieve hundred percent success this year.
