IGP presents a book on LTTE to the President

Sri Lanka's Inspector General of Police (IGP) Mahinda Balasooriya has authored a book on the demise of Sri Lanka's vanquished terrorist outfit LTTE. Balasuriya presented the book titled "The Rice and fall of the LTTE" to President Mahinda Rajapaksa Thursday at the Temple Trees.
