Sri Lanka to introduce technology stream for GCE (A/L) curriculum

Sri Lanka Minister of Youth Affairs Dullas Alahapperuma revealed today that the President had intended to introduce a new subject stream to the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Advanced Level curriculum.

Accordingly, a new stream of technology will be added to the GCE (A/L) curriculum.

Presently, the GCE (A/L) students learn in science, arts, and commerce streams.

The Minister revealed these facts addressing a ceremony held in the German Technical Institute of Ratmalana for the new intake of students to the Institute.
