Sri Lanka's Finance and Planning Ministry has said the government was planning to form a three-year development strategy from 2011 to 2013.
The Ministry has said the proposed development strategy will be announced in the government's 2011 budget in November.

Through the advertisement, the Ministry has invited public representations from the clergy, pensioners, senior public servants, businessmen, artists, journalists, trade unions, students, the self employed and patriotic citizens on stalled projects, resource mobilization, and simple ways of collecting revenue, etc.
