The proposals for constitutional reforms are to be submitted to the party membership at this convention, sources said.
Government sources say that the proposals for constitutional reforms are to be tabled in parliament on September 07 and the debate will be held on September 07, 08, and 09.
The government has instructed the ruling party MPs to refrain from foreign tours during the first three weeks of September. The ruling party anticipates obtaining two-third majority to pass the constitutional reforms.
