Sri Lanka proved to be too hot to handle for Zimbabwe today in the final match of the Triangular Series held in Harare.
Coming into the finals by knocking out India, Sri Lanka won the final match against Zimbabwe by nine wickets with captain Tillakaratne Dilshan's century and Dilhara Fernando's three wicket spell.
After deciding to filed Sri Lanka restricted Zimbabwe to a total of 199 in 49 overs with Nuwan Kulasekara striking Hamilton Masakadza early on for 4 runs.
In reply Dilshan's unbeaten 108 and Upul Tharanga's 72 sealed the victory for the Sri Lankans.
India was eliminated from the tri-series when they lost the 5th match of the series to Sri Lanka in Harare on June 5th.
