Sri Lanka Navy holds trilateral meeting on maritime security

Sri Lanka has held a high-level trilateral meeting in Colombo recently on maritime security with the participation of India and Maldives. An eight-member Sri Lankan Navy delegation led by Director General Operation, Rear Admiral Jayantha Perera hosted the meeting at the Light House Galley in Colombo on 18th October 2012.

Four Sri Lankan Navy sailors missing - report

Four Sri Lankan navy sailors have been reported missing along with their boat and Sri Lankan officials have sought the help of Indian Navy and fishermen, Indian media reported on Wednesday.
