British High Commissioner visits Mannar district in northwestern Sri Lanka

British High Commissioner in Sri Lanka Dr. Peter Hayes recently visited Mannar district in northwestern Sri Lanka for the first time after Britain lifted travel restrictions on all areas of the country.
