Sri Lanka's major Tamil political party, the Tamil National Alliance (TNA) is to discuss several key issues including the stalled talks with the government this week. TNA parliamentarian Suresh Premachandran has said that the party members would discuss the talks with the government that came to a standstill in January this year. He has noted that
the TNA would also discuss the report presented by the Indian parliamentary delegation that visited Sri Lanka last month. He has added that some party members have expressed their dissatisfaction at TNA Leader R. Sampanthan for waving a national flag at the joint May Day rally in Jaffna.
