Karunanidhi taken to hospital for urinary tract infection

DMK chief and former Tamil Nadu chief minister, M Karunanidhi, was today taken to a private hospital here and examined by doctors for urinary tract infection, hospital sources said.


The 88-year-old leader was taken for "routine check-up", DMK sources said without elaborating.

However, hospital sources said Karunanidhi had come for check up relating to urinary tract infection.
