A Sri Lankan Court has today released the private secretary to former Army Commander, retired Captain Senaka Silva on bail.
The Colombo High Court has released Silva on a cash bail of Rs.200,000 and two surety bails of Rs. Rs.200,000 each.
The High Court has granted bail to Silva following a conditional bail granted on March 28 by the Court of Appeal.
Silva was arrested together with Fonseka on February 8, 2010 for allegedly soliciting the services of Army deserters and providing them with a salary and lodging facilities.
