Shangri-La Hotel Chairman calls on Sri Lanka President

Kuok Khoon-Ean, the Chairman/CEO of Asia Pacific's leading luxury hotel group, Hong Kong-based Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, called on President Mahinda Rajapaksa today at the Temple Trees.

Khoon-Ean is in Sri Lanka to explore the possibilities of opening a hotel in the country. He plans to visit several places in the country including Hambantota and Kandy to identify suitable sites for a hotel.
