The Judge gave a one month time for Danuna to appear before the Colombo Fort Magistrate Court. If he fails to appear on or before June 30 at 9:00 a.m. his movable and immovable properties will be forfeited, the Judge declared.
The judge ordered the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) to display wanted posters in both Sinhala and Tamil on Danuna at public places and court premises countrywide.
The Judge also directed the CID to submit a comprehensive report on Danuna's assets to the Court on the next date.
The CID told the court that based on their investigation the suspect has changed his appearance and living style and they believe he is still in the country.
