Tamil Nadu- The Tamil Nadu police exam (TNUSRB) results 2009 updates are out. Through this examination, the Tamil Nadu Uniformed Service Recruitment Board selects suitable candidates for the various posts in the sectors of Fire and Rescue department, Prison department and the Prison Departments. The examinations were held on the 25th of October 2009 for the recruitment in the post of Grade 2 constables. Through the examination, 4000 constables were chosen, both men and women.

The procedure for checking the results is pretty simple. These sites contain the link through which the results can be reached. The concerned candidate has to click on the link and access the results. The particular site will ask details like the candidate’s registration or index number. Once the examinee has submitted the required details, he or she will be granted access to the file that contains the results. The results are saved as a pdf file. The candidate will have to download the file.
The candidates who have scored 40% or more in the written examination will be screened and later called for the physical endurance test round. The candidates will be informed in due course of time, their status. The selected candidates will then be called for their physical measurement test that will include height and chest measurement. The men have to qualify in each of the tests while the women would have to merely participate. The candidates who will be selected in the Tamil Nadu Police Exam (TNUSRB) 2009 will be called to join the respective departments.
